THINGS TO CONSIDER:
A Computer(s) or Network is always changing due to upgrades, user input/use and "traffic" in the form of emails or other information sent or received over the network and/or internet. A Computer or Network cannot be "fixed for good" and defies the nature of technology.
Computer or Network issues are usually caused by viruses, malicious programs, user errors, and/or hardware failures. Any of these can occur at ANY time causing simple to complex problems due to a variety of different causes. Warwick Data Solutions will do their best to resolve these or other issues that may come up with your system.
It is VITAL to understand the nature of IT repairs and that fixing your machine might include, for example, 500 different POSSIBLE fixes. We may only resolve an "issue" upon reaching the 289th fix! Issues on computers are HIGHLY COMPLEX and VERY often are a mix of different issues, mostly including user error, system file corruptions, hardware failures, viruses and or malware or damage from such intrusions. We do our VERY BEST to resolve these issues as quickly as possible.
The Customer or Customers MUST understand that while doing our best to resolve a system or any other issue, problems may and can occur regardless of our efforts to fix or repair issues. Because of this, Warwick Data Solutions is under no circumstances liable for ANY damage or losses of ANY kind, whether physical, informational, monetary, or time lost due to our services or any other job performed by Warwick Data Solutions and/or its employees.
LIABILITY:
Warwick Data Solutions and its employees assume NO LIABILITY for any component or system failure, damage of ANY kind, or ANY malfunction of ANY kind, accidental or incidental or resulting from ANY actions of Warwick Data Solutions. Warwick Data Solutions and its employees assume NO LIABILITY for any component or system failure, damage of ANY kind, or ANY malfunction of ANY kind, NOT resulting from any repairs performed by Warwick Data Solutions. ***HOWEVER, Warwick Data Solutions will NEGOTIATE any additional repairs needed as a result of ANY physical (i.e. breakage, or anything else causing malfunction) or component damage caused by physical contact by Warwick Data Solutions and its employees granted the problem presents itself and is presented in writing, by e-mail or otherwise with 14days of the repair or action/s that caused the damage. ALL Repairs, replacements and advice are given in good faith that they will either resolve or help the issue.
LOSSES:
Warwick Data Solutions strongly recommends that all customers back up their data on a regular basis AND BEFORE ANY repair or alteration is done.
The customer should understand that while Warwick Data Solutions WILL do their BEST to either back up data or advise on doing so, that loss of data is a ALWAYS a possibility and that Warwick Data Solutions is NOT in ANY WAY responsible for lost, damaged, or corrupt data resulting in ANY losses of ANY kind, due to repairs, replacements or alterations of ANY kind, performed by ANY one person or entity, owner/employee or non-employee of Warwick Data Solutions.
If data is backed up by Warwick Data Solutions, they have done so with the intent of keeping the data's integrity and in its original state, HOWEVER the condition of backed up data CANNOT be guaranteed.
It is the customers ultimate responsibility to back-up any and all important or unimportant data of ANY kind BEFORE ANY alterations or repairs are performed.
Warwick Data Solutions reserves the right to inform the customer of any potential data losses and will do so at our discretion WHEN and IF we think it is necessary.
DUTIES OR JOBS:
Warwick Data Solutions reserves the right to deny or accept any job or request by a current customer or potential customer for us to repair or replace ANY system, component, program, computer or any other technical equipment or software.
WARRANTIES:
Warwick Data Solutions will warranty NEW PARTS ONLY to be free from defects for a period of 30 days after date of purchase UNLESS OTHERWISE NOTED ON INVOICE. Warwick Data Solutions MUST BE ABLE TO RETURN THE PRODUCT to the original manufacturer in order for ANY warranties to be applied. Warwick Data Solutions will, in ALL cases, ONLY be responsible for the part or parts themselves and will NOT include reimbursement for downtime, charges for trouble-shooting or locating the issue, damages resulting from the bad part or parts OR the time taken to install these parts as well as ANY MILEAGE that is accrued as a part of the repair process unless otherwise noted in WRITING. USED OR REFURBISHED PRODUCTS ARE SOLD AS IS!!! (unless noted otherwise in the invoice)
Warwick Data Solutions will NOT be monetarily responsible for ANY malfunction or defect of the part or parts themselves relating to user error, misuse or abuse, liquid damage, or ANY OTHER damage resulting of acts of God or neglect. Warranty ONLY covers normal use and upon inspection we MUST FIND THE ITEM TO BE IN GOOD PHYSICAL CONDITION with NO VISIBLE SIGNS of damage. Warwick Data Solutions reserves the right to replace or repair at our discretion any part that has been expressly warrantied in writing.
Warranties provided by the manufacturer are done so by the manufacturer ONLY and ALL warranties, including paperwork, MUST be kept and maintained by the customer. Warwick Data Solutions may or may not retain this information for its own purposes, however if retained, it is done so only at our discretion. A Warranty MAY BE HONORED if the manufacturer will accept the product back after 30 days.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, however, we have adopted this policy due to the HIGH possibility that damage to electronic components is almost always due to user error or abuse.
Warwick Data Solutions will replace any item under a manufacturer warranty for whatever current rate is set by Warwick Data Solutions. For the pricing rates. SEE PRICING
POLICY CHANGES:
Changes to this website or policy can and may happen at any time, with or without notice from any person or persons. This policy will apply to ANY work or services performed by Warwick Data Solutions at the time of service. Updated policies will affect any work or services performed after date of change. Any work performed before a policy change will be affected by the prior policy.
