Business Week Rates
(normal hours Monday - Friday 9am-5pm)
Standard Rate: $85/hr (if WDS is called, there is a 30min minimum per day)
Phone Support: $1.50/min over 10min. (after 10min, call includes first 10...e.g. 60min=$90)
ONSITE Service Call charge: for 25+ miles: $50 (+1hour minimum charge. 30min minimum otherwise)
After Hours Rates
(before 9am and after 5pm as well as weekends and all Federal Holidays)
Standard Rate: $105/hr
Phone Support: $2.00/min over 10min. (after 10min, call includes first 10...e.g. 60min=$120)
ONSITE Service Call charge: for 25+ miles: $50 (+1hour minimum charge)
Home User Rates
Standard Rate: $45/hr (STRICT)
Weekend rates: for Home Users are $65/hr (STRICT)
Phone Support: $1.50/min over 10min. (see "Phone Support" below) (STRICT)
*If you are referred to someone else or a partnering company, this rate is NOT VALID and you should determine the hourly rate from whomever provides your service and applies to ALL clients, business as well as home users.
Gas Rates
Current Rate: $0.55/mile (subject to change at any time)
BUSINESSES
Business rates are $85/hour *. This includes charging for ALL time spent ordering or purchasing equipment, traveling to retail locations to buy equipment or parts, performing remote work, as well as actual time spent at the job location. Warwick Data Solutions reserves the right to give discounts on time based on the situation of each call and client.
*As a business, you may be charged MORE than the standard rate for a particular "Job" request, such as setting up a network, developing a website, or writing custom programs. Though rare, due to the nature of some jobs, a lot of "off the job" planning and evaluation are required, causing the price to rise. Pricing per job, will be assessed per job and per customer. Estimates will be given and assesments made BEFORE a job is done. Estimates are for a GENERAL BALL PARK ONLY and in no way bind WDS to the estimated price.
PHONE SUPPORT
Phone support rates Monday-Friday during normal business hours include the first 10 minutes of a phone support call for FREE. Rates will be $1.50/min for each additional minute, including the first 10 minutes. For example 0-10 min call=FREE, 11 min call $16.50. Rates WILL INCREASE if support call is made/received OUTSIDE normal business hours.
WEEKEND RATES
Our normal hours of operation are Monday-Friday 9am-5pm. Calls beginning outside of normal business hours which include any federal holiday or any other day before 9am OR after 5pm Monday-Friday or on Weekends will move to a higher standard rate of $105/hour for tech service and $2.00/min for any support phone call over 10min. If a service call is needed on a holiday that happens to fall on a weekend amount of $160/hr will be charged and support phone calls over 10min will be charged $3.00/min.
What is Considered a "SERVICE CALL"
A "Service Call" is a response to ANY request made to summon our assistance for ANY REASON, technical or otherwise. For example, the request might be made via phone, our help-desk, email, verbal request, text message, instant message, tech chat or ANY other venue possible used to reach us for ANY matter.
HOME USERS
Home rates are $45/hr. Weekend rates for Home Users are $65/hr...Mileage is ALWAYS added to the cost of the service charge. E-Support (including email tech correspondence or Internet research) WILL BE CHARGED AS STANDARD HOURLY RATE!!! In the past, we have given AMPLE discounts on the time worked, free email support, and free internet research. THIS CAN NO LONGER HAPPEN as we are forced to strictly abide to these policies.

GAS RATES
Gas rates may change at any time, given our extremely high current gas prices. The rate is charged for ANY mileage accrued during, before and after a service call that pertains to the call itself. Any trips made for food or parts can and will be billed as accrued gas mileage. Gas mileage will be accrued for ANY mileage used for a particular customer for ANY reason.

After over 5 years of working with home users, we have been forced to make some changes to our home user policy. The policies listed on this page should be considered VERY STRICT RULES WITH NO EXCEPTIONS!!!
Warwick Data Solutions main function is servicing Businesses in the Nashville and some surrounding areas. We have always had a desire to help the home user and have worked hard to do so AT GREAT COST to our family time, our business and other businesses. We, nearly 100% of the time, charge just a fraction of the time that we actually work, in order to save the home user money, however, this time must come to an end.
After nearly a year of consideration and a heavy heart (and patient wives), we will be strictly abiding to the home user policy listed on this page. This applies to PHONE CALLS, EMAILS, REMOTE and ONSITE work.
PLEASE READ THIS PAGE FULLY before contacting WDS for any home user work. We apologize for any inconvenience that this has caused you and we plan to list a home user partner in the very near future if you choose not to go with Warwick Data Solutions.
